Passion for all things nautical and a strong desire to share his experience gained on seas all over the globe was what led Sante Verticchio to found ‘Med’ in 1985.

The idea was essentially that of representing, under just one name, a complete range of nautical and tourist services. At that time these were distributed among fragmented local companies.
